To support our growth, we are seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to join our high performing site-based maintenance team on a 7/7 roster.

Reporting to the Project Manager, you will be responsible for the provision of leadership and direction to the maintenance crew, control of the safe, quality and efficient management of all maintenance activities consistent with Ausdrill standards, scheduled plans, supply chain and the priorities of ad-hoc work.

Key Requirements

  • Managing day to day maintenance activities. Breakdown and servicing.
  • Short term and long-term planning
  • Managing contractor Labor.
  • Provide clear direction
  • Provide constructive feedback encouraging performance.
  • Uphold innovation, teamwork , performance , problem solving and leadership qualities.
  • Holds self and others to account delivering organisational objectives and expectations.
  • Contribute to required training and development
  • Adhere to role requirements.
  • Budgeting and forecasting.
  • Managing contractor supply agreements.
  • Managing labour requirements.
  • Managing classified plant requirements.
  • Complying with all clients and Ausdrill maintenance requirements.
  • Conduct regular plant and maintenance activity risk assessments.
  • Internal and external reporting.
  • Managing and maintain critical spares including con stock.
  • Compliance to Ausdrill organisational Governance and Legislative obligations.
  • Adhere to and display leadership of your duty of care to Ausdrill Governing Framework consisting of management plans and procedures.
  • Conduct infield critical risk verifications, task observations, and system checks.
  • Participating in incident investigations and implementing corrective actions.
  • Model the activities around our principles
