FIFO Camp Coordinator – WA based – FIFO 2:1 or 4:2 roster

DDH1 Drilling is seeking a Camp Coordinator.

What we are looking for: 

• Ability to perform food preparation, cooking duties and other camp maintenance tasks.
• Previous experience in a similar role would be highly regarded.
• Working autonomously, you will be required to provide catering services for 12 to 20 people on our exploration-based sites with camp-style accommodation.
• The candidate will need to have a degree of flexibility due to crew operations running 24 / 7.

Your primary responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:        

• Providing three meals per day for each shift;
• Ensuring a clean and hygienic workplace by regular maintenance and cleaning of cooking and camp facilities.
• Proactively use time to prepare for upcoming meals;
• Proactively contribute to a safety-conscious work environment;
• Ensuring catering, food service and camp upkeep are managed to meet health, hygiene and quality standards;
• Ensuring production and timely delivery of meals in line with site requirements;
• Ensuring stock and stores areas are kept clean, tidy and orderly;
• Ensuring the kitchen and dining area are kept clean and hygienic at all times;
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards across common areas, including accommodation and bathrooms
• Undertake any small tasks to assist the drilling team.
