Superintendent International Recruitment and Global Mobility

We're seeking an experienced Superintendent – International Recruitment, Global Mobility & Travel to lead our international workforce delivery capability and ensure we have the talent, mobility frameworks and mobilisation strategies required to support operations across multiple global jurisdictions.
This is an opportunity to combine strategic workforce planning, international recruitment leadership and operational excellence in a role that has direct impact on project readiness and business growth.
About the Role
Reporting to the Manager Talent Acquisition, you will lead a team responsible for international recruitment, global mobility, travel management and mobilisation services across our international operations.
You will:
- Develop workforce plans, forecasts and talent pipelines to support future project demand
- Lead international and expatriate recruitment activities across multiple regions
- Oversee global mobility, visa, immigration, relocation and mobilisation programs
- Build scalable operating models, service standards and governance frameworks
- Drive continuous improvement and process optimisation initiatives
- Deliver workforce analytics and reporting that support business decision making
- Partner with operational leaders to manage workforce risks, mobilisation readiness and project ramp-ups
- Lead, coach and develop a high-performing specialist team
About You
You are a commercially minded workforce leader who thrives in complex, fast-paced environments and brings experience across international recruitment, mobilisation and workforce planning.
You will bring:
- Extensive experience leading international recruitment or workforce delivery functions
- Strong knowledge of global mobility, visas, immigration and workforce compliance requirements
- Experience supporting major project mobilisations or international operations
- Workforce planning, forecasting and talent pipeline development expertise
- Demonstrated leadership experience with the ability to build capability and accountability within teams
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
- A continuous improvement mindset with experience streamlining processes and implementing change
- Advanced reporting, workforce analytics and problem-solving capabilities
