Reporting to the Manager, HR System and Services, we’re seeking a highly skilled Superintendent- HR System and Projects to be the technical go-to for our team. You’ll develop talent, lead system initiatives and drive continuous improvement in a dynamic, agile environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the configuration, maintenance, and optimization of the SuccessFactors Employee Central HR System and additional modules.
- Act as the technical escalation point for HR System Specialists, providing guidance and resolution for complex issues.
- Lead enhancement and upgrade projects, including new module implementations and integrating newly acquired businesses into SuccessFactors.
- Collaborate with AMS, external vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure service delivery meets business needs.
- Identify and recommend system enhancements to improve functionality and user experience.
- Coach and mentor team members to support capability and technical development.
- Serve as the HR System project specialist for cross-functional initiatives.
- Champion the end-user experience through intuitive system recommendations and responsive stakeholder support.
The successful candidate will bring:
- High level demonstrated technical expertise in SuccessFactors Employee Central module (at a minimum) with strong diagnostic skills.
- Working knowledge of SAP modules including Recruitment, Marketing, Onboarding 2.0 and the Report Centre; Compensation, Performance & Goals and Succession & Talent module experience will be highly regarded
- Experience in the development and production of Report Stories and Power BI Dashboards
- Exposure to full-cycle project implementation- from concept to post delivery
- Strong interpersonal skills and a natural drive to problem-solve and innovate
- Proven ability to work collaboratively across teams and functions
- Ability to guide and identify technical development opportunities for others
- Highly organised with ability to manage competing priorities
- Understanding of system governance and process compliance
- A willingness to understand the complex and diverse nature of each business within the Perenti Group of companies
Not required, but considered favourably:
- Tertiary Qualifications in Information Systems or related fields
- SuccessFactors SFX Accreditations
- Leadership experience
