Perenti are looking for an experienced SuccessFactors leader to own the strategic direction, optimisation and expansion of our SAP SuccessFactors HR platform across a diverse, growing group of businesses. Reporting to the Vice President Human Resources, this position plays a pivotal role in shaping our global HRIS roadmap.

 

What you will do:

  • Own and evolve the SuccessFactors product roadmap, including future module rollouts
  • Lead deployment and integration strategies across new and existing Perenti businesses
  • Partner with HR, IT, Finance and Senior Leaders to drive adoption and system excellence
  • Ensure platform governance, data integrity and compliance across global operations
  • Champion continuous improvement and a strong product mindset across stakeholders

 

What you will bring:

  • Deep SAP SuccessFactors expertise across Core HR and multiple modules
  • Strong understanding of HR System deployment, integration and data migration principles
  • Proven capability in HRIS roadmap leadership and business case development
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and influencing skills
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience managing and successfully deploying complex HRIS or cross functional projects
  • Strength in change management and system adoption across diverse operational businesses
  • A willingness to understand the complex and diverse nature of each business within the Perenti Group of Companies
  • HR focused with a strong leader led mentality

 

Not required, but considered favourable:

  • Qualifications in HR or Information Technology
  • SAP SuccessFactors module certifications
  • Project Management or change management accreditation is beneficial

Additional information:

This is a full-time, permanent position based out of our Corporate Head Office with hybrid working arrangements.
