Spray Painter

We are looking for an experienced, trade qualified Spray Painter to join our small high performing team. If you take pride in precision, quality finishes and working with a supportive team, this could be the perfect role for you!

You will be responsible for preparing, painting, and finishing a variety of surfaces and equipment to a high standard. You’ll work with modern tools, paints, and facilities to deliver exceptional results every time

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare surfaces for painting, including sanding, masking, priming and painting
• Mix and apply paints, coatings, and finishes according to specifications and to a high standard
• Operate spray guns and related equipment safely and effectively
• Conduct quality inspections to ensure workmanship meets company standards
• Maintain clean and safe work areas
• Excellent safety awareness
• Be a self-starter and able to operate in a small team
• A current National Police Check (in the last 3 months)
• Be an Australian citizen or resident
• Ability to meet all site access requirements, including pre-employment medical and DAS.
