Role Overview:

In this exciting and fast-paced role you will be responsible for delivering high-quality, end-to-end recruitment outcomes for a broad range of white-collar positions across Barminco. Working closely with business leaders and the wider Talent Acquisition team, you’ll provide a seamless candidate and stakeholder experience while helping us attract the best talent in a competitive market.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing full cycle recruitment for corporate, professional, and executive-level roles
• Conducting thorough job briefs with hiring managers to understand role requirements and team needs
• Creating tailored, meaningful job advertisements
• Interviewing and assessing candidates to ensure alignment with role expectations and team culture
• Building and maintaining proactive talent pipelines for critical and hard-to-fill roles
• Partnering with hiring managers to provide market insights and support effective decision making
• Supporting recruitment campaigns, employer branding initiatives, and events
• Ensuring compliance with internal recruitment processes and systems (SuccessFactors)
• Contributing to continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to enhance our recruitment practices

About You:

• Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment, ideally within corporate or white-collar portfolios
• Strong sourcing ability and experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and ATS platforms (preferably SuccessFactors)
• High attention to detail and strong organisational skills to manage competing priorities
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build trusted relationships with hiring managers
• A strong understanding of recruitment compliance and employment legislation
• Experience in underground mining or heavy industry (highly desirable)
• A proactive mindset with the ability to hit the ground running in a dynamic environment
