Site Administrator
Start here, go anywhere with Barminco. To support our growth, we are seeking Expressions of Interest for a Site Administrator extraordinaire to join the Barminco team.
Based within our Australian Operations, these full-time roles will be on an 8:6 or 4:3 roster. You will be responsible for a wide range of tasks ensuring effectiveness within the site-office and main Office.

Key Responsibility
- Obtain and accurately enter and balance all production data and employee hours daily.
- Ensure Data System is regularly updated with Underground Contract Items, Mining Plans, Distances and Locations for accurate Data management.
- Obtain site clearance and complete mobilisation for large number of employees, visitor, and contractors to site.
- Manage high volume of flights and accommodation bookings for all personnel, visitors and contractors with detailed record keeping across multiple systems.
- Maintain accurate rosters for all personnel movements, including management of conditional formatting and upkeep of excel documents.
- Assist Project Manager with recruitment requirements with accurate record keeping, working alongside our Talent Acquisition team to ensure smooth onboarding.
- Data Management of personnel employment conditions within Success Factors i.e., Promotions, Rate Change, Roster Changes and ensuring completion within required deadlines.
- Creating and submitting approved payroll including leave forms, cash out, ad hoc related task, ensuring correct data management and deadlines are achieved.
- Create and manage purchase requisitions, receipting of invoices ensuring correct information/rates are recorded.
- Liaise with other departments to deliver on deadlines.
- Maintain confidentiality of information and records.
- Detailed data management and filing.
- Other ad-hoc administrative duties.
Skills/Experience
- 2+ years administrative experience in a FIFO Mining environment. (UG mining is preferred)
- Relevant experience in a similar administrative role or Data Processing.
- Excellent technical skills in a range of systems.
- Meticulous attention to detail.
- The ability to prioritise tasks and effective time management. Never Wasteful
- Ability to analyse, resolve problems and make decisions in a logical and effective manner.
- Excellent organisational skills, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in SAP, Success Factors is advantageous.
- Must have physical and mental ability to withstand long hours in a strenuous and potentially high hazard work environment.
- Successfully pass a Pre-Employment Medical and obtain National Police Clearance
- C class licence is minimum.
- MS Office knowledge, Proficient in Excel and MS word should be intermediate to advanced.
- Ability to work autonomously.
