Paralegal
Perenti is seeking a Paralegal to join our Corporate Legal team on a casual basis.
As a Paralegal at Perenti, you will report to the Senior Legal Counsel and support legal operations within our Corporate office.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct legal research and prepare summaries, analysis, and briefing materials.
- Draft and review contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
- Assist with due diligence for corporate transactions.
- Liaise with internal departments and external legal counsel.
- Assist with ad-hoc administrative and general requests.
Key skills and experience required for you to thrive in this role, will include:
- This role is suitable for a law student at least 1 year into their degree.
- Strong research, analytical, and writing skills.
- Reliable, with a positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
- Strong time management and organisational abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal research tools.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
