To support our growth, we are seeking a Drill Maintenance team leader to join and lead a team of diverse / multi skilled Maintenance personal at one of Australia’s largest Gold Mines.
Working an 8/6 roster and can be offered as a residential role of FIFO ex Perth
The role:
- A great opportunity for the right candidate to be part of a leading surface drilling maintenance team at one of Australia’s largest producing gold mines with a fleet of 17 specialised drills.
- Be a part of one of Ausdrill’s longest serving contracts.
- This fast-paced role that suits a leader who always promotes and upholds a safety in all aspects of their work.
- An opportunity to lead and support a team of dedicated skilled team members with support from a supportive motivated leadership team.
- Have a strong drive for continuous improvement.
- Have a supportive and constructive communication style and able to communicate clearly with a broad group of team members.
- Have an approachable positive leadership style.
Key Requirements:
- A strong commitment to safety first practices.
- A minimum 3 years’ experience in surface drill maintenance
- Relevant Trade Qualification
- Be a strong communicator both written and verbal
- Possess a strong problem-solving skill set.
- A drive for continuous improvement in all aspects of drill maintenance.
- A valid Australian driver’s licence (preferably HR)
- A current National Police Check (valid within the last 3 months)
