Maintenance Site Administrator - Bellevue
Barminco has successfully tendered for the exciting Bellevue Gold Project located approximately 40km north-east of Leinster in Western Australia’s Northern Goldfields region. Operated by Bellevue Gold Limited, Bellevue is one of Australia’s highest-grade underground gold mines, achieving commercial production in 2024 and positioned for significant long-term growth.
This major underground operation combines industry-leading mining practices with a strong sustainability focus, including a hybrid renewable energy power station designed to supply more than 80% of the site’s power requirements through renewable energy sources.
About the Role
As part of this project, Barminco is seeking experienced and motivated Maintenance Site Administrator to join the team on a full-time basis (4/3 ROSTER from Perth). These roles are integral to delivering safe, productive and efficient underground mining operations at the Bellevue Gold Mine while contributing to the continued success and expansion of the Bellevue Gold Mine.
As the Maintenance Site Administrator, you'll be the central point of coordination for a busy department, supporting both workshop operations and site personnel.
What Will Your Day-to-Day Look Like?
- Providing day-to-day administrative support to our maintenance teams.
- Coordinating and managing personnel inductions and branch compliance requirements
- Maintaining workforce capacity planning calendars and scheduling information
- Assisting with documentation management, archiving, scanning, and data integrity
- Liaising with customers, suppliers, employees, and site stakeholders
- Supporting continuous improvement initiatives and helping streamline processes
- Ensuring accurate and timely reporting, record keeping, and administrative support across the site
Our Ideal Candidate Background Includes
You are someone who enjoys being organised, takes ownership of your work, and genuinely enjoys supporting others to succeed.
- Previous demonstrated administration experience, ideally within a workshop, mining or industrial environment
- Current Australian Manual Driver's Licence
- Strong INX, SAP/Pronto & Microsoft Office 365 skills, particularly Excel and Word
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
- The ability to prioritise competing tasks and manage deadlines.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement
- A positive, team-focused attitude and a willingness to jump in where needed.
