Human Resources Advisor

We are seeking two capable Human Resources Advisors to join our growing team on a full-time, permanent basis at our office in Hazelmere. Reporting to the Senior HR Business Partners, you will enjoy exposure to a wide range of employee relations initiatives whilst building strong relationships with our operational teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development, design, and implementation of HR programs, policies, and strategies that support the organisation’s goals and improve workforce capabilities.
- Provide advice to Supervisors on routine people related matters.
- Lead investigations into harmful behaviours to support safe and respectful workplace initiatives.
- Lead investigations into safety and misconduct breaches to achieve consistent and fair outcomes.
- Provide accurate reporting of HR metrics for analysis.
- Support cyclical activities such as remuneration & performance reviews and KPI setting.
- Conduct site visits and build professional relationships with operational stakeholders including client representatives.
- Ensure consistent application of HR policies in operational environments.
- Support workforce planning efforts by assisting in talent and succession planning processes.
Key Requirements:
- Tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Business, or a related discipline (desired).
- Previous experience in a HR position with an industrial organisation (mining / resources / construction).
- Proven experience in facilitation of workplace investigations.
- Strong understanding of the Fairwork Act and WHS legislation.
- Familiarity with SuccessFactors or similar HRIS.
- Ability to manage stakeholder relationships and work effectively across teams.
