Human Resources Administrator
We are seeking an efficient and detail focused Human Resources Administrator to join our vibrant HR Services team. As one of our Human Resources Administrators, you will be a key player in the efficient maintenance and accurate documentation of records for the Human Resources team.
The key responsibilities of the role, include, but are not limited to:
- Responsible for accurate data entry and data management
- Efficient coordination of the on-boarding and off-boarding processes for employees, contractors, and temporary staff in our HRIS system (SuccessFactors)
- Maintaining accurate HR records in employee files and our HRIS system (SuccessFactors)
- Responding and triaging HR related queries from key stakeholders through a ticketing system
- Transactional and administrative support for the entire employee lifecycle processes across Perenti Group
Key Requirements:
- 12 months professional experience in a similar role will be highly valued, however, should not deter enthusiastic candidates from applying
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with high levels of attention to detail and the ability to structure thoughts deliberately, logically, and directly
- Very good organisational skills, with the ability to meet deadlines, manage expectations and coordinate priorities
- Formal qualifications in HR (or similar) are advantageous but not essential
- Exposure to HRIS systems (SAP and SuccessFactors are highly desirable)
- Computer literate – MS Suite
