Field Service Technicians – Varied positions across WA
BTP has long term opportunities for Field Service Technicians, HD Mechanics to work either 2/1 or 12/9 roster as Site Specialists all around WA.
Our field service team based in Newman work across Pilbara, Goldfields to WA Metro. Become part of the highly responsive Field Service Team equipped with a large fleet of custom-Built Field Service vehicles to keep our customers machines moving the earth.
Our Heavy Diesel Mechanic’s will need to troubleshoot and diagnose faults, perform scheduled inspections, servicing, Commissioning, tuning, and repairs with a high attention to detail, excellent quality, and a focus on personal and team safety.
Key Requirements
- Australian Recognized Mechanical Heavy Duty Trade Certificate
- Experience working on CAT, Komatsu, or Hitachi mining equipment.
- Ability to meet all site access requirements including, but not limited to, Medical, DAS, NPC.
- Valid Australian Drivers Licence & HR Licence
- Valid relevant qualifications, certificates, and licences (RPLs)
- Valid High-Risk Work Licence, Forklift and Dogging
About You
- You’re at the top of your game and like to be challenged.
- Substantial expertise in breakdown, repairs, and maintenance of mining equipment
- with previous experience in a mining environment completing servicing, maintenance, and repairs.
- Knowledge and application of Occupational Health and Safety in the workplace
