Campaign - Bogger Operator
Barminco, part of the global Perenti Group, is seeking experienced Bogger Operators to join its expanding underground mining operations across Australia and internationally.
About our Role
Join the Barminco team as a Bogger Operator and play a key role in our underground mining operations with opportunities available at multiple sites throughout Western Australia. You will contribute to safe, efficient underground production using state‑of‑the‑art equipment.
What will your day to day look like?
- Operate Load Haul Dump (LHD) boggers via tele-remote and manual control.
- Safely load haul trucks and transfer ore and waste to designated stockpiles.
- Conduct pre-start checks and perform basic equipment maintenance.
- Maintain high safety standards while achieving daily production targets.
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members to coordinate operations.
Our ideal candidate background includes
- Previous experience as a Bogger Operator in underground hard rock mining.
- Strong understanding of underground mining processes and safety standards.
- Relevant mining certifications.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and follow detailed mine plans.
- RCT remote operation experience highly regarded.
