Due to being awarded a new project near Elko, Nevada, USA we have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Shotcrete Supervisor wanting a residential position on a fulltime basis working 4 days on and 3 days off roster. Residential location will be based in Elko, Nevada and you will be required to provide advice and technical support to both contractors and staff, which includes our culturally diverse workforce. Your ability to engage, involve and provide support is paramount.
Key Responsibilities:
- Experience with Normet diesel and electric Spraymec.
- Supervisory experience
- MSHA qualified (highly desirable)
- Compliance with all QA/QC requirements to deliver high quality safe work.
- Open and positive attitude to training national workforce to safe operating standards.
- Undertake all required hazard assessments and prestart checks to ensure the work areas and machinery are safe for use.

Skills, Experience & Attributes:
- Solid history in underground mining
- Sound knowledge of concrete QA/QC activities
- Be flexible and have a willingness to assist with varied tasks and responsibilities with an open and positive attitude.
- Passion for sharing your knowledge and experience when training the national workforce to safe operating standards.

The successful candidate MUST meet the minimum visa requirements for in country.
