We are currently seeking a highly organised and proactive Administrator to join our busy Equipment Workshop team in Hazelmere. This is an exciting opportunity to become a key part of a fast-paced operational environment where no two days are the same.
Supporting both our Workshop and Field Service teams, you will play a critical role in keeping operations running smoothly through quality administration, coordination and stakeholder support. About the Role
Reporting to the Equipment Workshop Manager, you will provide day-to-day administration support across workshop operations, maintenance activities and field service functions.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing job folders, project files and work order documentation
- Processing timesheets, timecards and payroll support data
- Raising and managing purchase orders from request through to completion
- Monitoring leave calendars and workshop capacity planning tools
- Maintaining onboarding, training and personnel records
- Entering safety data, Take 5s, hazards and compliance documentation into systems
- Assisting with reporting, data accuracy and continuous improvement initiatives
- Supporting managers, trades teams and wider administrative functions as required

About You
You are someone who enjoys being the backbone of a busy team. You are reliable, detail-focused and confident juggling multiple priorities while maintaining a professional approach.
To be successful, you will bring:
- Previous administration experience in a workshop, mining, trades or industrial environment preferred
- Experience using Pronto or similar ERP systems highly regarded
- Intermediate to advanced Excel skills
- Strong attention to detail and high levels of accuracy
- Ability to manage deadlines, payroll timeframes and competing priorities
- Professional communication skills with internal and external stakeholders
- Strong problem-solving ability and initiative
- Understanding of confidentiality and records management
- Commitment to workplace safety and compliance
