We are seeking an Administrator to join our BTP team in Mt Thorley. If you’re organised, detailed, focused, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you!

About the Role

The prime focus of this role is to ensure the delivery of day-to-day Administration Support for the Field service department and Operations. This role reports directly to the NSW Operations Manager of Mining Services at BTP.

Key Requirements

• Must hold a current Drivers Licence
• 2-3 years’ experience within Administration preferred.
• Ability to engage with customers and suppliers
• Accounts/ invoicing
• Data entry, archiving and scanning.
• Maintenance and accuracy of the capacity calendar
• Booking inductions/ assisting site access
• Ability to problem solve, assist, guide and improve process.
• Communicates professionally and effectively to all stakeholders (internal and external).
• Proactive, highly motivated with a collaborative team-orientated mindset.
• High proficiency in Microsoft Office 365; Intermediate - Advanced Word skills; as well as, Intermediate - advanced Excel.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills essential.
• Ability to prioritise with excellent time management skills.
