Join Barminco’s Training team at our Hazelmere Head Office in a permanent, Monday-to-Friday role, supporting the training and development of our workforce.

About the role 

Reporting to the Superintendent Training Systems & Content Development, you’ll help keep training organised, records accurate and employees informed. This role suits someone who enjoys a busy environment, builds strong working relationships and takes pride in keeping things running smoothly. 

What you’ll do 

• Coordinate training schedules, course bookings and employee communications. 

• Support the development and administration of training courses and programs. 

• Maintain accurate employee training records and certifications in INX and our Learning Management System. 

• Compile training attendance, completion and evaluation reports. 

• Process training invoices and provide responsive support to employees and leaders. 

• Help improve training processes and systems. 

What you’ll bring 

• Experience in administration, training coordination or a similar support role. 

• Strong organisation, attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities. 

• Clear communication skills and a proactive approach to solving problems. 

• Confidence using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook. 
  
  

Experience with INX, learning management systems or employee records will be highly regarded. A Certificate III in Business Administration or equivalent is desirable.
