We are actively seeking expressions of interest from various skilled Surface Maintenance Personnel who would be interested to join us in our African Operations with a strong background in mentoring with the aim of upskilling and improving our national workforce team performance.
Key responsibilities and requirements:
- Minimum 5 years post trade experience.
- Expat experience working in Africa (preferred).
- Certificate III in heavy duty equipment, Auto Electrical or its equivalent.
- Strong track record in CAT heavy earth moving equipment – excavators, trucks, dozers, loaders, graders.
- Physically fit and healthy.
- Involvement in both long term and short-term decisions to ensure that short term, long term, backlogs, and defect repairs of CAT fleet are carried out appropriately.
- Previous OEM work experience well regarded.
- FIFO from any major capital city in the world

We are looking for an active person who has experience in a similar role within the mining industry and ideally experience working abroad (preferably Africa). A full pre-employment medical is required, including a drug and alcohol, and site-specific clearances. A National Police Clearance and any necessary tickets or qualifications are required to be presented at time of interview.
