The Opportunity
We're seeking a Recruitment Advisor to join our People & Culture team. This is a key role that supports the full recruitment lifecycle—from sourcing and selection to onboarding—ensuring we attract and retain the best talent in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage high-volume, fast-paced end-to-end recruitment across the business, ensuring timely delivery against operational workforce demands.
- Coordinate day-to-day recruitment activities, including screening and interviewing candidates, scheduling and booking medicals, conducting reference checks, completing onboarding documentation, and issuing employment contracts.
- Build and maintain a strong, proactive talent pipeline to support ongoing and surge recruitment needs in a dynamic environment.
- Deliver new starter inductions as required, ensuring a smooth and engaging onboarding experience.
- Develop and implement candidate care initiatives to enhance the new starter experience and support retention.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and internal and external stakeholders to support efficient recruitment outcomes.
- Collaborate closely with the HR Services Team and Payroll to ensure accurate and timely onboarding of new employees.
- Support the P&C Manager in the delivery and implementation of People & Culture initiatives.
- Provide reporting and general HR support as required
About You
- Proven experience in recruitment in a fast-paced or blue-collar environment
- High level of initiative with a proactive and can-do attitude
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong administrative and organisational skills; ability to multitask under pressure
- Experience with SAP SuccessFactors (highly regarded)
- Working knowledge of employment legislation
- Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources or related fields (desirable)
- Intermediate or higher proficiency in MS Office and reporting
