DDH1 is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented IT Systems Administrator to join our Perth-based team. Reporting to the IT Manager, this role is critical to the smooth day-to-day operation of our internal data systems—particularly the administration of the Daily Drill Report system.

You’ll play a hands-on role in data management, troubleshooting, user support, and training, working closely with our HR, Operations, and Accounts teams. Key Responsibilities

  • Administer and support the Daily Drill Report (Reflex) system

  • Perform daily data entry, chasing missing or incorrect data

  • Import and transfer data across internal and external platforms

  • Troubleshoot system and hardware issues, liaising with vendors for technical support

  • Support and train users across the organisation, including new starter system setups and terminations

  • Liaise with operational teams to coordinate hardware, such as iPads

  • Monitor user engagement and resolve IT access or usability issues

  • Undertake "train-the-trainer" learning from vendors to deliver internal training

What You’ll Bring

  • Recent graduate or entry-level experience in the IT industry (preferred)

  • Strong data entry and administration skills

  • Excellent attention to detail and communication skills

  • Strong problem-solving and coordination abilities

  • Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities

  • A safety-first mindset and commitment to DDH1’s workplace practices and policies

Other Requirements

  • Availability for occasional after-hours support, including weekends and on-call duties

  • Flexibility to work additional hours during major system upgrades or critical incidents

  • Willingness to occasionally travel to the field if required
