As the Digital Projects & Systems Integration Coordinator, you'll play a key role in delivering our unified digital experience across DDH1, Ranger, and Strike Drilling.
This is a rare opportunity to be at the heart of critical systems rollouts, including the implementation of Pronto ERP, while also supporting integration with major platforms such as CorePlan, SafetyCulture, INX, SuccessFactors, and Snowflake.
About the role
Working closely with our IT & Cyber Security Manager, the role includes:
- Supporting the rollout of Pronto ERP across operations, finance, and supply chain
- Coordinating digital projects and helping unify our data ecosystem
- Managing documentation, testing, scheduling, and issue tracking
- Engaging stakeholders across HSE, Finance, Operations, and external vendors
- Contributing to process improvement and smarter system integration
What you’ll bring
- 2–5 years’ experience in project coordination, ERP/digital systems support
- Familiarity with Pronto, Boomi, Snowflake, or other integration tools
- Strong communication, documentation, and stakeholder engagement skills
- Experience in mining or industrial services a plus
- Project management certifications (e.g., PRINCE2, Agile) desirable
