We are seeking a Service Administrator to join our BTP team in Mackay. If you’re organised, detailed, focused, and thrive in a fast paced environment, we want to hear from you!

About the Role

The prime focus of this role is to ensure the delivery of day-to-day Administration Support for the Service department and Operations. This role reports directly to the Workshop Manager of Mining Services at BTP.

Key Requirements

Must hold a current Drivers Licence
2-3 years’ experience within Administration preferred.
Ability to engage with customers and suppliers
Data entry, archiving and scanning.
Maintenance and accuracy of the capacity calendar
Ability to problem solve, assist, guide and improve process.
Communicates professionally and effectively to all stakeholders (internal and external).
Proactive, highly motivated with a collaborative team-orientated mindset.
High proficiency in Microsoft Office 365; Intermediate - Advanced Word skills; as well as, Intermediate - advanced Excel.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills essential.
Ability to prioritise with excellent time management skills.
