Service Person
About our Role
Join the Barminco team as a Service Person and support our underground mining operations across Australia, with current opportunities available at sites throughout Western Australia. In this role, you’ll play a key part to assist various trades in the workshop.
What will your day to day look like?
- Supporting Heavy Diesel and Light Vehicle trades
- Assist with set up, servicing, maintenance, and repairs on underground and ancillary equipment.
- Regreasing, oil changes and general workshop duties
- Maintain accurate maintenance records and report defects or safety issues.
- Follow all safety, quality, and environmental procedures while working underground.
Our ideal candidate background includes
- Previous experience working as a serviceperson or trade assistant
- Completion of pre apprenticeship preferred (but not essential).
- Ability to meet all site access requirements (including, but not limited to, Medical, DAS, NPC & valid Manual Driver's Licence).
