Administrator

 

We are seeking an Administrator to join our Equipment Rebuild Workshop team in Hazelmere This is an integral role that will see you support the function and contribute to the team’s overall success.

 

About the Role

 

The prime focus of this role is to ensure any day-to-day administration support for the Equipment Rebuild workshop. This role reports directly to the Equipment Workshop Manager of Mining Services at BTP.

 

About The Role

  • 2 years’ experience within Administration preferred.
  • Pronto or other ERP operational experience
  • Understanding of payroll processes and concepts and processing timesheets and timecards
  • Experience in completing purchase requests and job packs
  • Completion of internal and external work requests
  • Data entry, archiving and scanning
  • Assisting with site onboarding including flights/accommodation for Field Service
  • Data entry and document control in company systems
  • Maintenance and accuracy of the capacity calender
  • Ability to problem solve, assist, guide and improve process.
  • Understanding of statutory requirements, plus confidentiality as per company policy.
  • Communicates professionally and effectively to all stakeholders (internal and external).
  • Proactive, highly motivated with a collaborative team-orientated mindset.
  • Effective time management.
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office 365; Excel & Advanced Word skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills essential.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritise with excellent time management skills.
